Hi Everyone! I’d like to remind you that it’s time for the Sun & New Moon to join together in Scorpio which is a very powerful Kosmic time of the month!

It’s a time when you can set your intentions on whatever goals or dreams you’d like to put into motion and it’ll be backed by this solar and lunar conjunction.

Remember, this is more than a simple ‘wish’ list because the Sun and Moon are luminary energies which assist us in manifesting our desires into reality.

However, just be careful in what you ask the Universe for …because you might just get it!

Some folks attend New Moon meditation circles, while some light a candle and write down or state out loud affirmations of their intentions during this phase of the Moon.

Whichever way you chose to connect with the New Moon at this special time will be correct for YOU.

The true power in New Moon Manifestations is how passionately and strongly you project your heart into your intentions –not necessarily how you choose to ritualize the moment.

Now, since the New Moon is in Scorpio, here are a few areas in which you may focus your New Moon Manifestations:

10/23/2011 - Sun Moves into Scorpio

That's right, it's that time of year once again! The Sun will move into Scorpio on this coming Sunday, October 23rd 2011.

Scorpio is well-known for its darker, more shadowy aspects --which is appropriate with Halloween the following week.

However, Scorpio also has a very transformational energy too. It's the whole death/rebirth-type of transformation and gives us the encouragement to let things go in order for new things to come into being.

Now, we may not see the results until Spring --but, oftentimes, the results are worth the wait!

Intense and, often, very passionate, folks born while the Sun is in Scorpio can be very persuasive, deeply penetrating and highly intuitive.

Yet, on the darker end of the spectrum these Scorpio Sun folks can also be jealous, very intense and quite possessive. It all depends on how the planets fall within their birth charts and their individual personalities.

Full Moon in Aries - October 11, 2011

As the Moon reaches its peak in the fiery sign of Aries, it’s a good time to take a look in the lunar mirror and how we see ourselves in the grander scheme of things. With the Sun in Libra, we’ve been interacting with others –either in-person or through social networks, but now it’s time to take a little time to check-in with how we are doing on a personal level.

Perhaps the changes going on around you are making you a bit edgy or uncomfortable. Meditate on how to make the most of those changes by keeping your cool and stay positive, knowing it will all work out for the best. Moon in Aries is a very passionate sign and can stir our emotions on many levels. But, how it affects you personally, is really up to you!

Focus, instead, on examining how to work with the lunar energies by being open to change. Also, on a personal note, it’s a good time to change something for yourself too –like, maybe a new hair-do or clearing out your closet. Simply put, the Full Moon in Aries is reminding us to be ready to move into the last few months of the year. Remember, we’re just getting ready for the change of the seasons. However, each one of us experiences it different ways. Trust your intuition and figure out what you’ll need to do to get ready to roll into the next few months by planning ahead and taking care of the finer details.

October 9th: Venus enters Scorpio

On October 9th the planet Venus moves into Scorpio and hits the 1 degree mark at 9 PM EST. Venus is named for the Roman goddess of love & beauty, but she can also be very intensely profound when combined with Scorpio’s energetic vibrations.

While Venus moves through the Scorpio degrees, remember that she can be passionate & sexy. However, she may also stir us up at deeper, and sometimes, darker emotional levels which may lead to possessiveness & even jealousy –so be aware!
